Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be confident ordering from Aylter Innovations. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds & replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your order does not arrive within a reasonable delivery timeframe
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and, where possible, a photo of the issue.
Change of mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

You contact us within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds or replacements may not be issued where:

Incorrect delivery details were provided at checkout

Delivery delays occur due to customs processing or other circumstances outside our control
